Controversial plans to impose a public interest test on wealthy individuals who want to buy Scotland's sporting estates could face legal challenge under human rights laws, the SNP's Environment Minister has admitted.

Roseanna Cunningham said the plan to impose a statutory test on the transfer of "significant" holdings would be a "powerful tool" in overhauling the country's concentrated land ownership.
